  4. Some Issues • Equality vs equity • Mediocre women and men  • Gendered spheres. Need to change all spheres –interrelated • Need to enable men as well as women to change

  6. CARING • Valuing caring- how to encourage men to take part in care at home? • Will need deep changes in work and wider social values • Back to numbers- men in caring jobs and caring roles • Valuing of these roles, socially and financially
