Workshops 1 & 2 1/2 Process: • The two workshops will run in parallel • There will be three rounds of brief discussions • Work in pairs, always together with a colleague from another project partner • Round 1: PELO – SICI & CRA - EKPA • Round 2: PELO – CRA & SICI – EKPA • Round 3: PELO – EKPA & SICI – CRA • For each round of discussions: • Exchange views about the project activities for 5-10 minutes • Use the coloured paper provided to write down highlights of discussion (2-3 min) • Present the outcome of your discussion (2-3 min) www.livingprospects.gr

Workshops 1 & 2 2/2 • Discussion: • Round 1: • SICI describes to PELO what activities it has implemented, highlighting the success factors • CRA describes to EKPA how it dealt with data processing and how it plans to implement training, while EKPA describes to CRA what has been done with data collection and how it plans to proceed with data processing • Round 2: • CRAdescribes to PELO what are the expected results and PELO describes to CRA what is feasible to be implemented • SICIdescribes to EKPA what is the model of collaboration with CRA • Round 3: • PELOdescribes to EKPAwhat input it would like to receive from EKPA for each activity and EKPAdescribes to PELOwhat input is feasible to be provided • CRAdiscusses with SICIwhat kind of support they can provide to both PELO and EKPA www.livingprospects.gr
