“Purchasing this product was an extreme disappointment. After using these shoes for one year with light duty, only during the cold weather season, they both have punctures in the soles. This creates a very annoying loud hissing and squeaking noise. They are now unwearable. I paid $130 for these shoes, I expected them to last as long as if not longer than the pair of Timberland shoes I replaced with this model. I had the Timberlands for over 4 years. Very disappointing. I’m never buying your product again. I am also making a claim to Consumer Reports. Thank you for nothing but disappointment. “
NOTES: No receipt. No visible damage.
“I bought two pairs of your shoes at Target a couple months ago for my boys. They both already have holes in them. Can I get a refund on them? I still have the receipts.”
NOTE: Warranty terms state only material/workmanship defects are covered, damage caused by wear is not.
