CLRN is a statewide education technology service of CDE • AB1761 (Sweeney, 1998) required the California Department of Education to administer statewide education technology services. SB 1254 (Soto) renews SETS and CTAP until January 1, 2009. • These services are to be those “that are more efficiently and effectively provided on a statewide basis.”
