Q&A • How do I upgrade to the latest version of InSitePrepress Portal? • InSite version 6.5.1 is the minimum version required to upgrade to version 6.6 • Request an Early Production slot from your sales rep or contact the Response Center • Once version 6.6 is in Full Production, it will be made available on Partner Place • How does InSite integrate with Prinergy 6? • The integration is the same as Prinergy 5. • Is the integration with Prinergy Connect Workflow the same as with the Prinergy Evo Workflow? • The main difference is that Prinergy Evo does not have RBA; all other functions in InSite are the same.

33. Q&A • How can I get my customers more comfortable with InSite Prepress Portal? • Use the “Secure Link” feature! It sends a personalized email to your client asking them to perform a specific action, e.g. upload files, approve pages, etc. • Two ways to introduce InSite to your clients: • start with uploading files • start with reviewing specific pages (eg. ad review in a magazine) • Once they have mastered either of these, introduce the other • Then combine the two • Does the iPad app work on other tablet devices? • No, not yet.
