Roster • Due at the official’s table no later than 10 minutes prior to the end of the timed prematchwarmup • Submitted in writing by a coach from each team • Must be an accurate roster with names and uniform numbers of all players • Shall remain at the officials’ table throughout the set • Libero may be listed on the roster with two numbers • The first number is the number as a non-libero • The second number is the number as the libero • Example – 15/L4 • If the number of the libero is the same on both uniform tops, then it is not necessary to identify the libero number on the roster • The libero number may not be a duplicate number

Lineup • Due at the official’s table • no later than 2 minutes prior to the end of the timed prematchwarmup (before first set) • No later than 2 minutes following each set (after first set) • Submitted in writing by a coach from each team • Must be an accurate lineup with the uniform numbers of the six starting players in proper serving order • One libero may be designated per game and must be designated on the lineup sheet prior to each game • Shall remain at the official’s table throughout each set

Penalties • Late Roster (10 minutes prior to end of timed warm-ups) • Inaccurate Roster (when discovered) • The roster shall be corrected after penalty is assessed • Failure to list on the roster a player/substitute entering the game • The player/substitute may enter the game after the roster is corrected • Late Lineup (2 minutes prior to end of timed warm-ups) • Late Lineup (2 minutes following each set) • Inaccurate Lineup • If the player number does not exist the lineup shall be corrected after the penalty is assessed Penalty – loss of rally/point awarded to opponent • Exception: If the lineup is incorrect and the player number exists and the player is on the bench, the player number named in the lineup shall enter the playing area in their proper position without penalty • The coach may not in lieu entering the player listed on the lineup, take the penalty. The player listed must enter the playing area and replace the player in their position
