    1. So far we’ve talked about using PDSA cycles for testing a change, last week we talked about some basic principles for TESTING a change, build knowledge sequentially : on a small scale using multiple cycles. For implementing a change, especially a large scale one, multiple cycles or incremental steps may be required. Each step requires planning, action, and analysis. Think about large scale changes made within your own agencies. A new information system, a new program. For changes that are complex, manage the implementation as a series of cycles (similar to cycles used during the testing).
