Webinar Hosts Clifton (Cliff) Shepherd, Supervisor, Heavy Claims for NBIS Cliff is the Supervisor, Heavy Claims for NBIS. He has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry specializing in claims, investigations and litigation. He is responsible for the management and direction of complex Inland Marine, General Liability and Commercial Auto Claims, including accident investigations. Cliff has been associated with the Atlanta Claims Association, the Atlanta Claim Managers’ Council and the Southern Loss Association. He has an undergraduate degree from Valdosta State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University. She has been involved in insurance defense work since 1984. She began her career as a litigation paralegal with a Chicago defense firm and moved on to the insurance arena. She has held several claim technical and management positions with domestic carriers and Third party claim administrators with a concentration on general liability construction claims and litigation defense management.
