What Are Ethics

Ethics are the moral principles that govern a person's or group's behaviour. These ethics can guide your group throughout their careers being good or bad. E.g. a bad ethic is the managerial departments being careless of lower level staff. Ethics are not laws and cannot be stopped or enforced by governments

To ensure our commitment to ethics is effectively communicated throughout our company, our employees, officers, and directors are provided with a copy of our Code of Ethics, referred to as our Standards of Business Conduct. This code was recently updated and distributed to our employees. More information about these updates is available in a letter from Gary Chadick, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary.

  • The World’s Most Ethical Companies designation recognizes companies that truly go beyond making statements about doing business “ethically” and translate those words into action. WME honorees demonstrate real and sustained ethical leadership within their industries, putting into real business practice the Institute’s credo of “Good. Smart. Business. Profit.”
