  2. Let us do the shopping and lugging for you Here’s how it works: Place an order on our website or by phone. We shop and then deliver items at selected day and time listed depending on plan. You have the option of either paying per delivery or joining our monthly VIP Club Member Shop and Delivery Service and save!

  3. Shop and Delivery Plans • Plan A -Schedule one day a week for shop and delivery • Plan B - Schedule two days a week for shop and delivery VIP Member Advantages: • Join as a VIP Club Member and get a major discount.

  4. Plan Options • One day a week delivery = $ 35.00 per weekly delivery. Pick one day a week for shop and deliver. • Two day a week delivery = $ 50.00 per weekly 2 day delivery. Pick 2 days a week for shop and delivery • Advantage VIP Club Member Plan = Pay in advance monthly and save! Get one day a week shop and deliver for the whole month at $100 Save $40 Get two days a week shop and deliver for a whole month =$150 Save $50 **VIP Members can pick any days a week for delivery (may change weekly). • All orders are placed by 5pm the day before the delivery date.

  6. Company Policy Customer Satisfaction is #1 Orders must be placed the day before by 5pm of scheduled delivery day. If no specific brand is listed, a store brand will be selected for you. No returns unless wrong item purchased. Item will be returned next scheduled shop. Must be home at time of delivery or give the name of another person responsible on sign up form to accept delivery. Only cash or checks accepted. No alcohol, drugs or cigarette purchases. If the store is out of the product or the product brand cannot be found you will be notified. Shopping is done at a nearby Publix.

  7. Sign up Form Will include : • Customer’s name • Phone number (at least 2 numbers if possible) • Address • Plan selected • Account number • Explanation of Different plans • Days and times to select for delivery • Cost of plan • Customer’s signature • Company’s Policy • Customer Service Number
