  2. LIBERALITY • The act of being generous with money or resources. (answers to 23a)

  3. MEANNESS • Not sharing, cheapskate, selfish (answer to 23 b)

  4. Meanness is good? • A Prince should not fear meanness, because being mean will gain him respect he could not get by being liberal. He will be able to use his revenues to protect him self against attacks and be able to enter commerce with out using the people’s money. (answer to 25)
