Adhering to standard European policy evaluation practices, the research utilizes data on use rates, purity, price, and arrests. It specifically focuses on the probability of being fined for a cannabis offense at the national level. Conducted by Aarhus University's Centre of Alcohol and Drug Research in Copenhagen, this study aims to provide valuable insights into the ongoing policy shifts and their impact on drug-related behaviors.
