  1. Operation Operation and and Safety Instructions Safety Instructions for Scissor Lift Table for Scissor Lift Table I. Operation Instruction 1.Operation steps. ⚫ Switch on the power by turn the KEY to “ON”. ⚫ Release the Emergency Stop Button at Power Station and Control Boxes. ⚫ Close ALL Flap Plates to upright position, prior to move the Scissor Lift Platform UP or DOWN. ⚫ Press UP (2) Button to move the Lift Platform UP – Platform will stop automatically until the platform reach the pre-set designated upper height level. ⚫ Press DOWN (1) Button to move the Lift Platform DOWN – Platform will stop automatically until the platform reach the pre-set designated lower height level. ⚫ Switch OFF the Lift Platform - Lower down the platform the parking position; and Turn the Power KEY Switch to “OFF” position. 2. Changeover Switch for control mode.

  2. A.When switch pull up. Press one time then release, platform can reach the floor level i)Lifting the Lift Platform –Release the Emergency Stop button and Push the “2” button one time then move your hand. The goods will reach the upper pre-set designated height level. ii) Lowering the Lift Platform – Release the Emergency Stop button and Push the “1” button one time then move your hand. The goods reach the lower pre-set designated height level B.When switch push down. Keep pressing the button until the platform reach the floor level. i) Lifting the Lift Platform– Release the Emergency Stop button and Push the UP button Until the goods reach the upper pre-set designated height level (Note: The lift Movement will stop once the UP button is released) ii) Lowering the Lift Platform– Release the Emergency Stop button and Push the DOWN Button until the goods reach the lower pre-set designated height level (Note: The lift Movement will stop once the DOWN button is released; II.Safety Instructions 1.Emergency Stop The Emergency Stop button is provided at each control box to stop the Scissor lift up and down Movement, in case of any emergency case being happened. 2.Warning light. There is overload valve on the pump.

  3. When lift running normally, the warning light flash. When overload the warning light alarm. 3.Duplicated Position Limit Switch for upper height level stops control. The leveling limit switch can slide to set correct lifting height position.

  4. 4. Emergency Down Valve: In case of any control or power failure, open (Turn Anti-Clockwise) the Emergency Down Valve to lower down the Lift Platform to the parking position. Turn to “+”, to lift down, (Turn more, speed faster). Turn to “-” to the end, close the valve. 5. Safety trip bar under platform will stop descent if obstructed. When lift down if the orange tubes touch any objects, it will stop in case any injury For workers. 6. Minimum self-height is adjustable by screws.

  5. 7. Center loads on the lift platform. 8. Hose burst valves will stop the lift table in the event of hydraulic hose failure.

  6. 9. Maintenance support bars. Remove all cargo from the platform first before do maintenance jobs. Insert the 2 support bars to avoid lift down. Do not work under the lift without the maintenance device(s) in position.
