Attracting Customers • Over 400 Million people use Facebook on a daily basis. • In the restaurant we can post signs, “Check us out on Facebook.” • Whoever becomes our Facebook friend, can tell all their other Facebook friends about us. • All our status updates are instantly visible in our friends/fans news feeds.
