Steps to access databases • Log onto the internet – Internet Explorer • Go to www.shoreregional.org • On the left hand side of the screen go to “Information Center” and click. • Then, click on On-Line Databases and E-Books • Username: shore • Password: Devil07
Boolean searching… • Use words such as AND, OR and NOT to limit a search. • Use these Boolean operators to combine terms to broaden or narrow a search. • Many Internet searches will automatically use Boolean searches • EBSCOhost defaults to “Boolean/Phrase” searching.
