Alignment/Functions • OIC • Administrative Duties • QC/Training • Final Product check • Develop Training devices- Base Ops,TERPS,GPS • Operating Instructions • Host Nation • Over 500 procedures in DoD flips • Reviews • Flip maintenance • Issue NOTAMS and Changes to Flip • Units • Provide oversight and guidance • Coordinate with FAA, AFFSA, and NIMA • Review and approve ALL unit developed procedures

  4. Manning • Manpower Study validation • Authorized 18 • 15 assigned, 2 base ops, 1 TDY(Saudi), and 1 officer • 2 Civilian GS-12 Inbounds

  5. Changes • Gaining policies and procedures from DOYA • Gaining six civilian TERPS specialists • New Work Schedule to provide better service to customers • Training program implementation for Base Ops personnel
