  29. Level I Reviews • Over seven years of reporting, the committee has completed a Level I review of 180 schools (or approximately 40% of the Division III membership). The Financial Aid Committee has assessed at least the financial aid report for more than one-third of the membership. • Over the past four reporting cycles, an average of 15 schools per cycle have triggered a Level I review for the first time.

Sanctioned Schools • To date, 60 schools, have been sanctioned for financial aid violations found through the Financial Aid Reporting Program. • 14 percent of the Division III membership. • One-third of the 180 schools to trigger a Level I Review. • 43 percent of the 140 schools reviewed at Level II.
