We encourage more experienced judges to sign up for shift 3. • Step 2: Print and complete the Criminal Offender Record Information Form • Fax to 857-239-9559 or scan and e-mail Sarah@bostondebate.org • Note: CORI forms only need to be filled out once Step 3: Show up and we will see you there!
