The Teacher I want to be • I want to help as many students in situations similar to the ones I experienced through school. • Help English Language Learners with English because I started talking English as a second language • Students who have grown bored of school • Similarly the Lighthouse guides Boats to land from the Ocean

  4. Expansion On Metaphor • The Ocean • Is the School • The Light Bulb in the Lighthouse • The Curriculum • The Worker in the Lighthouse • Administration • The Boat docks • The Parents

  5. The Difference • The Lighthouse helps guide boats but teaching isn’t the same. Sometimes teachers need to be more than just a guide, the may have to be the motivator for the students.
