  5. Gaining Permission to Work Home Office - Working in the UK www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/workingintheuk EEA citizen:Usually no permit required within EEA Non-EEA citizen: • Tier 1 (post study work) • Tier 2 (employer sponsored)

  6. Tier 2 (employer sponsored) • Employers register as sponsors • International applicants need the right combination of skills and experience • Employers prove to UK government that the applicant is the only suitable person and apply for certificate of sponsorship
