Working group’s task • Defining and creating of products as well as provision of services on the national level (access to information sources) • Cooperative and coordinated provision of services and the single access point for the services of all libraries • Coordinating borrowing within the University of Zagreb system and and the cooperation on the level of the other 5 universities

  4. Working group’s task (2) • Defining inter-library loan and international inter-library loan • Creation of documents (Guidelines andRules ), which need to be created and acquired on the level of the university library network

Services and products of the University of Zagreb library system Organisation of services on the system level will be suggested according to the Pravilnika o uvjetima poslovanja, uslugama i korištenju građe, which will enable every library of the University of Zagreb to set itself functionally within the library system Regulations of the business conditions, Services and Library holdings usage
