  6. Mongoose Configuration • Users Login to a Configuration. • A configuration points to • Application Database • Forms Database • Objects Database • Templates Database. • Default Site • Different configuration can be setup with same forms/objects database with different Application databases.

  10. Site • Site is starting point to all configurations in Time Track. • Site record is created by default at the time of installation. • Site record need to be updated to reflect correct values at the time of post installation. • Intranet is a key setup need to be completed in Site Form. • Each application database is linked to a Site. • A Site (application database) is mapped to a single ERP Application instance. • In case of ERPLN – A TT site is linked to ERPLN company • In case of SyteLine – A TT site is linked to SL Site.

Intranets • Intranets – The following need to be configured in this form. • Task Man Settings – This is a service which executes all background jobs (like Jobs download) • SSRS Report Server – For printing SQL Server reports from Time Track. • SMTP Settings – For sending emails from Time Track

Site Parameter Form • The following need to be configured in this form. • Payroll Code • ERP Type – Allowed values – ERPLN and SyteLine. • ERP Shift – All the Labor Transactions captured in Time Track is posted with this value to ERP. • ERP Communication Tab – Setup the connection settings to communicate to particular ERP application instance • Site Calendar

  17. Facilities • Employees can be grouped by facilities. • The following need to be configured in this form. • Various Calendars – Facility, Payroll and Absence Tracking Calendars • Dashboard Colors • Payroll Colors • Payroll Output Location

  19. Departments • Employees can be grouped by Departments. • The following can be configured in this form. • Facility • Payroll Department • ERP Department – The department value that need to be posted into ERP.

  20. Work Groups

  21. Work Groups • The groups of employees for which a supervisor will manage time are organized into work groups. • Privileges Tab - Supervisors that are authorized to manage the hours of the employees in the workgroup need to be added in this tab and provide the necessary permissions.

  22. Absence Codes

  23. Absence Codes General Defines how ABS will be treated by Attendance and Work rules. AdvancedDefines how ABS hours will be displayed in Payroll and the underlying ERP. TrackedSpecifies tracking Characteristics

  24. Indirect Tasks

Indirect Codes • Time Track Users record indirect time against Time Track Indirect Codes. • The following can be configured in this form. • Post To ERP and ERP Task Code • If this task should be a paid task or not for payroll reporting • General Task Section • Used for defining frequently used Job/Project, so that Users can enter a single task in elapsed Time Entry screen.

Teams • Group of Employees can report all Labor Transactions using a single Team Badge. • Teams support following features • Stop Only Transactions – Report only End time for Labor Transactions • Work Sets – Ability to work on multiple Jobs at the same time. • Capture Machine Time at the same time as Labor Time. • All Employees on the team need to be clocked-in before team can start a Labor transactions. • Employees can be removed from the team at the time of Clock-out
