  2. PSR SMA - Summary EIDP (including GSFC, IRAP) flight travel books have been reviewed, all open items are identified by SSL and GSFC and are tracked. Configuration Control- no issues Parts or materials – no issues Hardware and Software – no issues - Exception: SWEA No major issues during built-up – Exception: SWEA No major non-compliance exists – Exception: SWEA NCR/PFR: Jorg Fischer Testing and Verification: David Curtis Software code Status & GSE: Peter Harvey SSL Safety: Jorg Fischer, Safety: LM

PFR, ECN, Waiver, MUA Overview Anomalies/PFR/NCR 38 NCRs and 84 PFRs issued – All closed or in closing process (3) in monitoring process - STATUS next slides ECN/ECO 18 ECN/ECO issued, All closed WAIVERS, CCR 18 Configuration Changes issued – all closed, confirmed 23 Waivers/Deviations issued – all closed – 1 to be confirmed by GSFC MUA 5 MUAs issued, – all closed - to be confirmed by GSFC SPR/SCR Report by Peter Harvey – all closed

  4. SMA - MRB • MRB System • PFR status report list sent to GSFC – weekly • PFR-NCR System will serve as a Lessons Learned System • Provided assistance to SSL engineers with PFR documentation and related item close-out

SMA - MRB Anomalies/PFR/NCR – STATUS of five (5) open PFRs PFR 105,   EUV Temp Sensor Noise is open – LASP EUV - in closing process (document scans needed) PFR 119,  STATIC TOF Field Emission Noise - - SSL is working to close (document scans needed) PFR 124, LASP LPW Cold Anomaly – LASP EUV - in closing process – Needs GSFC parts analysis PFR 125, STATIC SWEEP VGRID Oscillation – Ready and working to close PFR 127 SWEA Anode – open - WIP

  6. SMA – Observations Concerns – All concerns are well understood and are closely monitored by the SSL and GSFC QA teams. Pending – Expect two red flag PFRs (SWEA PFR 059 and PFR 122) – LM monitoring for both. PFR 115: SWIA Vibration Frequency Shift – expected to close after vibe test Shipping UCB SSL SMA is ready to support shipping/delivery
