  5. SS V = 2 subjects, 1 verb • 2 people/places/things doing one thing Ex. Wal-Mart & JC Penny -> sale Plane & Helicopter -> flew Joe & Shane -> jumped Joe & Shanejumped off the side of the pool.

  6. Practice: 12A/b and 13A/B • Use PENS and MARK with SS V sentences • WATCH OUT! • Check for impostors(infinitives & prepositional phrases) • Remember you need 2 subjects!!!
