There are hundreds of pasta manufacturers out there, although I wanted to take out some time and talk about one brand that I would actually recommend as a person who really likes eating pasta and by which I mean eating tons of pasta during a week. A short summary, but hope you like it!

Company Overview Weikfield Foods Pvt Ltd. is an Indian multi-division company manufacturing dessert mixes, culinary sauces and seasonings, as well as baking ingredients and fruit spreads & preserves. It is also one of the largest manufacturers & suppliers of pasta & green tea in India. Established on 13th April, 1956 by Shri Satpal Malhotra, Shri Bahri B.R. Malhotra and Shri Harishkumar Malhotra, it is headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra. Weikfield has it factories at Lonikand, Bakori (Pune), Nalagarh (Himachal Pradesh) & their corporate office at Viman Nagar (Pune). The Weikfield family started the Malhotra Weikfield Foundation in 2007, which grants Scholarships in the Sciences to more than 150 needy students from rural Maharashtra every year.

  3. Which Are Some Good Pasta Manufacturers in India? Pasta is my personal favorite and I never fail to have it at least twice a week. This has led me to do considerable research as to what type of pasta tastes the best and which company produces the best quality. The main ingredient that one should look out for when buying Pasta is - Durum Wheat Semolina. Pasta products made from this are a healthier option than other cheaper quality ones made from maida (refined wheat flour). Being of superior quality, it also tastes delicious, in fact, it’s so delectable that I easily polish off three dishes in one sitting.

Coming back to the main question of which manufacturer produces the best quality pasta - you will find several age-old pasta brands in India that produce decent quality pasta, but in my experience, Weikfield pasta tastes the best. Their products are made from 100% Durum Wheat Semolina that makes it non-sticky, healthy, and heavenly-tasting. Weikfield is also one of the oldest pasta manufacturers in India, thus they are trusted and enjoy quite a reputation and goodwill in the market.
