KAMLOKS/AUTOLOKS • OPW invented the cam & groove system and the word Kamlok • Manufactured in accordance to MIL-C-27487 • With the market forces demanding on concerns on safety, spillage, prevention against arms opening accidentally due to manufacturing or operators carelessness, OPW invented and patented the “Autolok” version of Kamlok • The Autolok has a spring loaded arm which self locks when fully closed • With this feature there is no need to put wires, cables etc to keep the arms from opening up when connected • Presently available only in SS316 and due for commercial release in Al Alloy material • The following presentation will demonstrate the operation of the Autolok

DRYBREAK COUPLINGS • DRYLOK • As the name indicates the Drylok is the family of the CivaconDrybreak couplings that offer the least spillage ( in cc), lowest pressure drop across the coupling, highest working pressure (300 psi ) and highest flow rate for any dry break coupling available in the market. • The coupling has many safety features and the most important one is that the coupling cannot be uncoupled when the valves are open. • Wide applications like chemicals, slurries, acids and even some gases. • Easy to operate as illustrated in this animation

Available in threaded, flanged versions in SS, Bronze and Al with various seals. • Swivel Joints – which is the heart of any loading arm system and also finds a lot of use in conjunction with hoses to connect pipes without damaging the hoses. • Rack Hose Covers – can be custom made to suit terminals requirements and also can be colour coded to avoid mismatch of products. • API 5 Cam Bottom Loading Couplers which are 100% interchangeable with any API adaptor.
