Pediatric Fibromatosis with Thoracic Mass

4-year-old child with weight loss and shortness of breath. Huge soft tissue mass in both chest sides compresses upper lobes, allowing ventilation of only lower lobes. Heterogeneous intra-thoracic mass seen on CT extends intrathoracically, displacing mediastinum posteriorly and to the left. It compresses both lung parenchymas, nearly filling the right side thorax.
