  1. INCIDENT OnAug30that08:29hour, a Toyota Lc pickup driven by BGP vibe pusher rolled over twice and landed on its wheels. The accident happened as a result of being hit by another BGP vehicle from behind at high speed. Driver of rear vehicle was driving recklessly, over speeding and not obeying convoy procedures. Driver of the rolled over vehicle sustained left knee cut, scratch on his forehead and redness on stomach while rear vehicle driver escaped unharmed. Both drivers had their seat belts on. ROOT CAUSES: Speeding, reckless driving and ignoring convoy procedure. Lack of convoy supervision. Lateral Learning Always adhere to rules and procedures. Always wear your seatbelt.
