  1. Title Page Your Name Your Number Class Period Slogan???

  2. Facts/Descriptors • Include any interesting everyday or frequent uses for your number • What kinds of words describe your number? Ex: even/odd, composite/prime

  3. Order of Operations • Include 3 order of operations problems that have an answer of your number • Each must include all four operations, and at least one negative number • At least one problem must include parenthesis and another must include exponents

  4. Expressions • Write 3 numerical expressions that include your number, at least one must include a negative integer • Write 3 variable expressions that include your number, at least one must include a negative integer

  5. Area and Perimeter • Draw an object with an area of your number and a different object with the perimeter of your number • At least one variable must be present in the side lengths of your drawings

  6. Equations • Write 4 equations that have your number as their solution • One must include decimals • One must be solved using more then two steps • One must demonstrate the distributive property • One must have a variable on both sides

  7. Inequalities • Write 4 inequalities that have your number as their solution • One must include decimals • One must be solved using more then two steps • One must demonstrate the distributive property • One must have a variable on both sides • One must have a step that includes switching the sign

  8. Extra Credit Word Problems • Create 2 word problems that have your number as their solution. • You will only receive the total 4 points for each problem if your word problems require seventh grade pre algebra skills to solve.
