  1. 黒潮圏セミナー 海の開発・利用に関する法制度 講師：　神奈川大学　法学部 教授三浦　大介 ■日　時　2012年7月8日(日)14：50～ ■場　所　朝倉キャンパス　人文学部棟1階　共通教育実習室 ■問合先新 保 輝 幸☎088-844-8251✉shinbo@kochi-u.ac.jp 海洋開発にご興味のある方はぜひご参加下さい 概　要　： 2011年に鉱業法が改正され、大陸棚のマンガン団粒やメタンハイドレードなどの鉱物資源の開発に関する法的枠組が整えられた。しかし現行法では、開発許可に伴う、企業の技術や財政基盤に関しての規制は存在するが、採取や掘削に関わって環境影響へ配慮する枠組は存在しない。 　本セミナーでは、海の資源の開発や利用に関する現行の法制度を解説すると共に、環境等の観点を配慮した、海洋開発・利用のあるべき法的枠組について検討する。　　　　 主催：黒潮圏総合科学専攻 DCセミナー指定　　 （博士）（文系） 　　　黒潮圏セミナー指定　（修士）（文系）
