  2. First Register as user with ESA • http://herschel.esac.esa.int/registration Remember Registered username and password—you need these for later

  3. STEPS • Write Proposal and store as PDF (< 5 MBytes) • Create AOR set in HSpot • Submit early via HSpot • revise and resubmit: • SUBMIT EARLY SUBMIT OFTEN

  4. WHERE TO GET HELP SUBMISSION IS DONE THROUGH HSpot

  5. Fill out coversheet

  6. You can save your proposal locally HELP IS EXCELLENT AND CONTAINS ALL YOU NEED

  7. When all is ready: • Click the submit button • Will ask if AORs are correct and loaded IF YES THEN: • Will ask for registration username and password • Will ask you to save proposal (.cs format)
