天 秤 颱 風. 綜觀天氣圖. 衛星雲圖. 雷達圖. 颱風路徑圖. 心 得 報 告. 天秤是我看過最奇怪的颱風，因為它在 27 日清晨再次轉彎，對臺灣及附近海面再次造成威脅。當我看新聞時，屏東牡丹鄉附近的一家醫院全部泡湯。而且天秤是近幾十年來，造成屏東恆春雨量最多的颱風。這讓我知道，能住在台北是一件很幸福的事，所以大家一定要珍惜。 60307 劉哲宇.
