Eco refurbishment market Eco refurb market will be worth ~£30 - £40bn pa by 2020 Incremental market growth driven by three main programmes • CERT/ ECO: energy company funded carbon reduction • Green Deal: government initiative to encourage privately funded carbon reduction • FIT/RHI: financial incentives to encourage micro-generation Green deal will evolve more slowly as financing provision is put in place
