Language Points spend 意为“花费…时间/金钱” Tom spent $ 1500 last year at school．汤姆去年在学校花了1500美元。 Tom spent 3 years at school. 汤姆在学校度过3年的时间。句型：spend +时间/钱 +with sb. He spent most of his time with his wife. 他大部分时间都和妻子在一起。

注意：spend与take的区别 spend的主语必须是人，而句型 It takes sb. some time / money to do sth.中take的主语应是物，而不能是人。 We spend two hours on our homework every night. It takes us about two hours to finish our homework every night．
