  3. Goals and Objectives for FY 2013 • 2000 financial Members • Make updated list of every brother that has ever been a member of any chapter in the Seventh District. • Forward un-financial members list to the District and State Reclamation Chairmen. • Conduct Reclamation Surveys. • Improving the over-all mindset of all brothers in the 7th district where reclamation is concerned so that State growth can be given a higher priority and taken more seriously at the chapter level. • Identify, formalize, and document all Chapter reclamation events. Sponsor at least one reclamation event per quarter • Understand that reclamation is a daily challenge. “Reclaiming Our Friendship, Reclaiming Our Future”

  4. Guidelines and Guidance • Each Chapter has been challenged with reclaiming a minimum of 10 brothers for the 2013 fiscal year. • Additional Incentives: • The first Brother (only 1 award) who reclaims 20 brothers will receive $1,000.00 (Must be done on or before 1 AUG 13) • Each Chapter that increases their roster by reclamation of 50 brothers will receive a reclamation payment of $1,500.00 (Must be done on or before 1 AUG 13) “Reclaiming Our Friendship, Reclaiming Our Future”

  5. Additional Chapter Incentives • The first chapter (only 1 award) to double their membership by August 1, 2013 will receive the following: • 11-20 members will receive payment of $2,000 • 21-30 members will receive payment of $3,000 • 31-50 members will receive payment of $4,000 •   Over 50 members will receive payment of $5,000 “Reclaiming Our Friendship, Reclaiming Our Future”

  6. Reporting Requirements • Formal Reclamation reports are due quarterly to the reclamation chair NLT 15th day of the starting month of the quarter. • Chapter Reclamation Status /Updates should be submitted monthly NLT 29th of each month: The status update should include the following information: • Chapter Name: • Full name of reclaimed brother: • Control Number: • Date of Initiation: • Name of Brother responsible for reclamation: “Reclaiming Our Friendship, Reclaiming Our Future”

  7. Reclamation Activities Recommendation • Examples of Activities included the following: • Memorial Service • Cookout • Church Worship Service • Dinner after Church • Fellowship/Brotherhood Night (Monday Night Football) • Chapter Picnics/ Potlucks • Sweetheart Socials • Chapter Activity Night (Bowling, Skating, Movies) “Reclaiming Our Friendship, Reclaiming Our Future”
