  1. Priority Permitting Goal: Deliver fast complete answers to applicants without compromising the quality of our review. Priority given to time sensitive projects and projects which create jobs. Steps: • Try and work with applicant’s deadlines • Maintain good communication with the applicant during the review process. • Minimize/Expedite RAIs • Coordinate reviews in-house and act as single Agency • Encourage other agencies to work with us
