  2. Designing a health and wellness program is of utmost importance. Being in a good mental and physical state enables the person to do their job in the most productive way. Many organizations understand this and offer their employees a series of benefits and activities that promote health and well-being.

  3. ORGANISATION NEEDS TO TAKE SEVERAL STEPS: Setting Objectives Form a Wellness Committee Conducting Business Training Meetings Appointment of Team Leaders Assess Health Culture and Employee Behaviour Feedback

  4. Setting Objective Creating a training program can be a fun project. But, the main motive of the organization needs to be kept in mind. It should benefit both the employees as well as the organization. Also, regularly communicating the goals and anticipated profits of the programs to the management and workforce.

  5. Form a Wellness Committee The project should be given to a particular team that will manage all the activities related to the employee wellness program. The team shall be lead by HR and can include people from different departments for the effective implementation of the programs.

  6. Conducting Business Training Meetings The training committee should meet on a regular basis to conduct planning or implementing activities or programs. The committee should form a communication system with the organization so that success can be identified. Also, the new members should be included after a particular period of time so that new ideas are welcomed on a rotating basis.

  7. Appointment of Team Leaders Effective delivery and productivity of the programs can be done with a dedicated leader. A concerned leader is necessary to provide motivation, information, and support to the program participants. A leader can also play the role of messenger or point of coordination among the participant and wellness committees

  8. Assess Health Culture and Employee Behaviour Assessing health nature means analyzing the health areas which need improvement. It can be proved to be a good starting point for your wellness initiative. Healthy employee behaviors include healthy food choices, no-smoking policies, walking during breaks, etc.

  9. Feedback An employee wellness business training team should always be open to new ideas and implementation to improve the program and lead a healthy workplace environment. Communication should be made between the staff and committee to empower the loopholes and an effective flow of information between them.
