  2. Introduction It is a range of polyurathane foam dressings with a vapour permeable backing and soft silicone adhesion. They provide excellent exudate absorption and gentle adhesion for fragile skins. Available in a Standard, Border and Overlap format.

  3. Cilguard Border Dressings It is a polyurethane foam dressing with a vapour permeable film backing and an adhesive border. It helps to cure exuding wounds and should only be used to attach to adjoining dressings, the overlap should not be used directly on the skin itself.

  4. Cilguard Overlap Dressings It  is a polyurethane foam dressing with a vapour-permeable permeablefilm. This dressing has a 2cm adhesive overlap on one edge which allows dressings to be joined together enabling large wound areas to be dressed without the risk of exudate leaking through. 

  5. Cilguard Standard Dressings This wound dressing consists of a soft silicone contact layer, an absorbent pad made of polyurethane foam and a vapour permeable and waterproof outer film. It is highly suitable for the treatment of exuding wounds.
