Employment Services for Adults With Disabilities in Central Texas Workforce Solutions of Central Texas assists individuals with career exploration, educational opportunities, skill training, and job placement. The program helps adults with disabilities to find, retain or advance in employment. The team offers a Vocational Rehab program to help adults with disabilities find employment. Employers get access to customized services, referrals, job assessments, and disability awareness training and presentations to help them create a smooth work environment for employees with disabilities. Employers are assisted with recruiting, hiring, and retaining employees with disabilities.
