  1. Closing Thoughts and Reflection

  2. Agreeor Disagree • After today, I have a clearer understanding of the content of the standards and elements. • After today, I am less stressed about capturing evidence during a lesson. • After seeing who agreed with the last statement, I am more stressed about capturing evidence. • I got to see a new strategy I had never used before. • I wish we had had more time for free-flowing collegial conversation today. • I wish we had had more time for analyzing the lesson today. • My brain is tired, but I feel like I worked productively today. • My brain is not tired—let’s go for another 8 hours!

  3. Closing Reflections • How have the collegial conversations today impacted your view of how observations of a teacher can help to develop support systems to strengthen evaluation and teaching? • What commitment will you make, individually and collectively, as a result of your learning? • What are your responsibilities as an educator to assure that observations are consistent across the district?
