Summary: Interferon Signaling in Mice

  • B cells from IRF9-/- and IFNAR2-/- mice express lower basal levels of TLR7 and fail to upregulate TLR7 in response to IFN-I.
  • Novel role for IFN-I in TLR-7 specific B cell responses and production of anti-RNP antibodies in vivo.
