  3. 1.蛔虫 • 成虫大体标本 • 虫卵 受精蛔虫卵 未受精蛔虫卵 两种蛔虫卵比较

  4. 成虫形态

  5. 成虫形态 • 长圆柱形，形似蚯蚓，活时成粉红色或微红色，死后为白色；体表有细横纹和两条明显的侧线；雌虫长约20-35cm，尾端钝圆，雄虫15-31cm，尾端向腹面卷曲。 雄蛔虫交合刺

  6. 成虫的唇瓣 • 口孔位于虫体端，口周有品字形排列的3个唇瓣（1个背唇瓣较大，2个亚腹唇瓣略小），显微镜下见唇瓣内缘具有细齿。

  8. 受精蛔虫卵 • 平均大小60×45μm • 宽椭圆形 • 棕黄色 • 卵壳较厚，自外向内分三层：受精膜、壳质层和蛔甙层。壳外有一层蛋白质膜，凹凸不平，被胆汁染成棕黄色 • 内含一大而圆的卵细胞，卵细胞与卵壳间有新月形空隙

  9. 感染性蛔虫卵（含蚴卵）--感染期

  10. 未受精蛔虫卵 • 大小90×40μm • 长椭圆形 • 棕黄色 • 壳质层与蛋白质膜均较薄，无蛔甙层 • 内含许多大小不等的折光性颗粒

  13. 脱蛋白质膜蛔虫卵 • 脱壳蛔虫卵，卵壳则呈无色透明，应与其他线虫卵的鉴别

  15. 2.蛲虫 成虫（Adult Pinworms）

  16. 成虫形态 • 细小，乳白色，线头状 • ♀大，8-13mm，尾直而尖细，生殖系双管型 • ♂小，仅2-5mm，尾卷曲，有交合刺一根，生殖系单管型

  17. 蛲虫头部结构 • 头端角皮膨大，形成 头翼 • 咽管末端膨大呈球形，称咽管球

  18. 虫 卵 • 55×25µm； • 一则较平，一则稍凸，柿核状； • 无色透明； • 壳厚，分脂层（内）→壳质层（中）→蛋白质膜（外） • 内含一幼虫。

  20. 3.鞭虫 成虫  • 前细后粗、似马鞭 • 雌虫（长30-50mm）尾端钝圆 • 雄虫（长30-45mm）尾端卷曲，有交合刺一根

  22. 虫卵 • 平均50×25µm，较蛔虫卵小 • 纺锤形 • 黄褐色 • 卵壳较厚，两端各有一透明的盖塞（opercular blug） • 内含一卵细胞
