HISTORY IN THE MAKING! Labour Women mostly choose to do unskilled tasks in the construction industry.An all women skilling batch of Masonary is underway at Windsor County, Ambegaon. An initiative by Mrs. SapnaRathi executive director of Windsor Shelters and CREDAI-Pune Metro Women’s Wing. As an effort towards increased Women Skilled Labour Force at Windsor County, Ambegaon has undertaken this difficult task of creating awareness amongst women labours and through KUSHAL, skill the very first batch of ALL WOMEN Masons along with CREDAI Women’s Wing. To celebrate this small milestone as the beginning of many more, Ms. Anu Aga, Director Thermax Ltd. Inspired as Chief Guest of the event. Dignitaries from the industry witnessed and addressed this event. Mr. J P Shroff, The Chairman of KushalCredai NSDC Project committee , Mr. Mahesh Rathi (Director of Windsor Shelters), Mr. ShrinivasRaskonda (Director of Windsor shelters), SapnaRathi (Executive Director), Mr. ShrikantParanjape the President of CREDAI-Pune Metro, Mr. Kumar Gera of Gera Development Pvt. Ltd & Mrs. DarshanaParmar Jain Chairperson CREDAI National Women’s Wing, ArchanaBadera (Convener of Credai Women’s Wing) , Ajay Irabatti(Regional Head of PNB Housing), KapilTrimal (Honn.JointSec.CredaiKushal) This batch is started on 4th June & it is successfully completed on 4th july2018. To complete this women labour batch Windsor Shelters Engineering has taken a lot of efforts. Many challenges came across but passionately team deal with it to make it successful. Thanks to GaneshPohne and all contractors for their support. All women labours were felicited by the hands of Anu Aga ji with a Certificate, Tool kit & Saree. Function followed by Lunch.
E WASTE MANAGEMNT Windsor County have been awarded for their excellent contribution in E-waste awareness and collection during the year 2017. Windsor County will always contribute to this initiative. E-waste awareness and collection drive was conducted by Cummins India and a bin was kept at a common area to recover E-waste for recycling. This event is part of PMC (Pune Municipal Corporation), Cummins, Janwani E-waste awareness and collection initiative.
DONATION OF BOOKS & NEWSPAPER DRIVE We are pleased to announce that Windsor Shelters started the NEWS PAPER DRIVE for needy people.Windsor Shelters employees collected the news paper every month & give it to the organisation that makes paper bags from it. This month we gave to BhushanBodke who is studying in 9th standard & takes care of his blind parents & brother. They make paper bags from this news paper & take care of him. Also we sponsored his educational notebook material.
RAKSHABANDHAN CELEBRATION AT ARPC Rakshabandhan is celebrated as a bond between brother & sister, on this occasion the brother takes oath that he will always take care of his sister in all hers problems. We at Windsor Shelters feel very glad to tell that we had organised Rakshabandhan celebration at Army Rehabilitation ParalageticCenter in Khadki on 21st August 2018 with our employees. We tried to spread smiles among these soldiers by tying Rakhi our real life heroes, protectors and saviors. Also, 8 girls of CR Rangnathan gave performance on a patriotic song & played a drama as well. Few Soldiers shared their experiences & played flute. Windsor Shelters sponsored lunch for these soldiers along with IWC Daffodils.
BLANKET DISTRIBUTION Windsor Blanket Distribution Drive* on account of Patil Estate Slum Fire. On 05 December dated, Management at Windsor planned to distribute Blankets (40 Pcs ) to all those affected people who all are left with nothing. As winter season have strike, we felt to arrange this drive for sufferers says Management. Our employee Mr. Shailesh, Girish, Mahadev & Siddhanth personally visited to distribute this blanket. We urge you all to help them in all possible ways. As someone has rightly said ‘Helping others in need is not a responsibility of life; it is what gives meaning to Life’

As a social touch and social responsibility all the employees of Windsor Shelters group makes contribution to this initiative by donating food grains with individual capacity. The Directors of the Windsor Shelters group Mr. Mahesh Rathi and Mrs. Sapna Rathi also contributes a lot into this social activity also they motivates others to join this movement.
INITITATIVE : EK MUTTHI ANNADAN Windsor Shelters , Earthly Joy Global Pvt Ltd– Social Initiative ( EkMutthiAnnadan) “Happiness is not so much in having as sharing. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”On 18th June, 2022 Windsor Shelters and Earthly Joy Global Pvt. Ltd. Distributed 104 kg food grain (Wheat) to Bal gram Maharashtra (Shivajinagar, Pune) under CSR activity. Bal gram Maharashtra is working for children’s from slums through its “Day Care Shelter Home”. Currently there are 60 children’s enrolled into this day care shelter home. So under the EkmutthiAnnadan initiative we distributed the food grain to this Bal gram Maharashtra.
WINDSOR CARE FOUNDATION “Not all of us can do Great things, but we can do small things with Great Love.” On 1st August 2022, Windsor Shelters established its separate CSR wing “Windsor Care Foundation”. With the mission to provide help to society and needy people. On this day Mr Mahesh Rathi (Founder of Windsor Care Foundation) with Windsor Shelters employees visited, “ArunAashray Trust” and provided them with required products (Nutritious food, Biscuits, Diapers , etc) ArunAashray Trust is located at NIBM, Kondhwa, Pune.This NGO is taking care of 15 small and 2 special children by providing them medical, education and other support.
