  3. Bull’s Eye Crack This crack is round in shape and is caused when a rock or a sharp object hits the front windshield glass. Bull’s eye crack is the most easy to repair crack by professionals. 2. Star Crack As the name suggests, this crack is formed in the shape of a star. Star crack aggravates very rapidly and spreads in the direction similar to a star’s hands.

  4. 3. Combination Break This crack is a combination of two or multiple windshield cracks. It can either be a combination of star crack & bull’s eye crack or any other types of cracks. It is tough to repair this crack due to the extensive damage caused to the glass. 4. Half Moon Crack A moon shaped structure formed on the windshield when any object collides with it is called a half moon crack. Similar to a bull’s eye crack but without its circular shape.

  5. 5. Stress Crack This crack is a type of an internal crack which is not caused by any exterior impact. Instead a stress crack is formed by a sudden temperature change. This crack cannot be felt, only seen. 6. Edge Crack A crack that starts from near the edge of the windshield is known as an edge crack. When excessive pressure is caused at the edges of the windscreen, this cracks forms up.
