Satisfaction of residents with police work

This paper examines the factors that influence residents' satisfaction with the work of the police. It analyzes the impact of trust, support, legitimacy, and various initiatives on residents' attitudes towards the police. The study also presents an example of good practice from Kansas City and provides an analysis of a questionnaire conducted to assess residents' satisfaction with the police. The findings suggest an improvement in residents' perception of police activity over time.
