What we look for in a Finance Department candidate • Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 15 semester hours of accounting • B average or better • at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale • at least 4.0 on a 5.0 scale • Professionalism in manner and appearance • Interpersonal skills • Relevant work experience • Outside interests and activities • Interest in working in insurance industry
