Request a Price Estimate To obtain a free pricing estimate for your car relocation, please click "Get a Quote" below and fill out the form with the specifics of your vehicle relocation. A Customer Service Representative may contact you for further information to verify that we understand the specifics of your relocation. You may reach us by phone at X from anywhere in Canada or the United States if you want to talk with one of our Customer Sales Representatives. Request a quote 2. Get ready for pick-up. An agent from the dispatch center will call you to schedule a convenient time for you to pick up your car according to your chosen service like importing a caravan to New Zealand, caravan shipping, roll on roll off shipping. Before your pickup, click on "Learn More" below and complete the simple instructions to guarantee that your car is safe to transport. You may find more information here. 3. Make your payment online. When prompted, enter your Order no, which may be found in your quote email or as delivered to you by one of our Customer Service Representatives, then click "Pay." After you have selected the destination city for your shipment, you will be prompted to provide your payment information. 4. Keep tabs on your automobile. To keep track of the whereabouts of your car while it is in transit, click on the "Vehicle Tracking" link below. Take note of your Order # and the location where you want to ship your order to avoid confusion. When on a Hansen's truck, vehicle tracking is updated every 5 minutes, and when on the rail, it is updated once a day. (If a cellphone signal is available.) 5. Delivery.
