  1. WHY DOES MY HP PRINTER SAY OFFLINE Connect your printer to a proper wireless network and make sure it is connected to the same network as the computer. You can also resolve the offline error using HP Print and Scan Doctor or by resetting the print environment. USE HP PRINT AND SCAN DOCTOR TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE 1.Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool on your computer. 2.Open the Downloads folder location and install the HPPSdr.exe setup file. 3.Launch the utility tool and click Start on the homescreen. 4.Choose your printer model from the list displayed. 5.Click Retry if your printer model does not display. 6.Proceed with the on-screen instructions to resolve the connection problems. 7.Navigate to the bottom and click the Fix Printing option. 8.Click Yes, if the tool prompts to enable printer updates. RESOLVE THE PRINTER OFFLINE ERROR BY RESETTING THE PRINT ENVIRONMENT 1.Some anonymous printer settings might modify the default printer driver. Click Start and expand the Search tab on your Windows computer. Key in Devices in the search field and press Enter. 2.Pick the Devices and Printers option from the list displayed on the screen. Right-click the HP printer that is active and select the Set as

Ensure that the printer receives uninterrupted current flow. Switch on the printer and turn it on using the Power button. 8.Tap the Wireless icon on the printer’s control panel. Switch on your computer and reconnect it to the same wireless network to which the printer is connected. 9.Try printing and check if the issue is resolved. Else, proceed further. Connect the printer to a reliable wireless network. Turn off the other networks, if they are not in use. 10.Update the printer firmware on a regular basis.
