PROJECT SCHEDULE • September 1, 2009: Launching of the call • November 03, 2009: Deadline for the submission of EoI • Followed by Peer review of the EoIs • January 2010: Decision about EoIs and call for full proposals • May 15, 2010: Deadline for full proposals • Followed by Peer Review of the full proposals • June 2010: Final decision on the JERPs • October 1, 2010: Start of JERPS • 2011/2012/2013: End of the JERPs and end of SEE- ERA.NET PLUS

What has been done since May 2009? • Creation of a project website • PR for the Call on relevant channels (AlphaGalileo, eNewsletters, press releases etc) • Leafletsin English on SEE-ERA.NET PLUS call and the JC for distribution via NCPs • Compilation of the first eight Deliverables (D 1.1, D 1.2, D 2.1, D 2.2, D 2.3, D 2.4, D 3.1, D 3.2) • Update of Database of Evaluators

  5. What has been done since May 2009? Fulfilling all tasks of WP 1/Call preparation: Developing administrative procedures Defining scope of the call Drafting call text and accompanying texts Preparing and adopting the implementation agreement Working on tasks of WP 2/Implementing the call and monitoring Establishment and running an electronic submission system for the call Launching the call and running a helpline for the call Implementing the two step peer review process incl. the establishment of the SEE-ERA.NET PLUS Scientific Council/Update of Database for Evaluators Administrating the Coordinated Common Pot Supervision and monitoring the implementation of the call 6

What has been done since May 2009? • Working on tasks of WP 3/Management and Dissemination: • Establishment of governance structure and coordination unit • Overall project management • Creation of website • Call PR/Network of National Contact Points (NCPs) • Compilation of the first eight Deliverables (D 1.1, D 1.2, D 2.1, D 2.2, D 2.3, D 2.4, D 3.1, D 3.2)
