Mission Develop and direct the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise to globally project strategic national security capabilities; accurately sense the operating environment; provide end-to-end distribution process visibility; and responsive support of joint, U.S. government and Secretary of Defense-approved multinational and non-governmental logistical requirements.

  5. USTRANSCOM TCJ6-OMR provides communications systems planning support. Provides command IT solutions for Deployable Distribution C2 (D2C2) requirements. Coordinates spectrumandSATCOM requirements and develops exercise system network architectures. Manages directorate exercise, training, and readiness reporting functions as well as Annex K development for supporting OPLANS and command arrangement agreements. Develops requirements for enhanced Senior Leader Airborne C3 capabilities and monitors performance of existing systems. Incorporates Cyber planning into day-to-day operations and exercises. UNCLASSIFIED Responsibilities OMR operates in diverse & high ops-tempo environment !! TCJ6-OMR UNCLASSIFIED
